Who Can Apply?

  • ✓Currently enrolled in a culinary arts program
  • ✓High school senior accepted to a post-secondary culinary program
  • ✓Registered apprentice in a culinary field

WSCA Apprenticeship Program

Program Overview

The ACF Washington State Chefs Association administers a culinary apprenticeship program combining "work and learn" opportunities for aspiring culinary professionals.

Accredited by: National Apprenticeship Committee of the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation

For Employers

The program seeks "sponsoring houses" (restaurants, hotels, food service establishments) willing to host apprentices during their training.
